Health tips for men and women

Here are some health tips that you may find helpful. I myself have survived a serious health problem and not only did I survive it, but I came out of it at the age of 58 with the best health I have ever enjoyed.

DAILY EXERCISE:

Lots of walking/running/biking. Bodies like to be worked on, so work yours. Just keep a gradient approach in mind and don’t overload it.

STRESS:

Human beings are tough creatures, so I’m not too interested in playing the “stress” card. A busy, active and responsible life with some thrills and spills is recommended. But get plenty of rest and sleep and take some downtime. Take a walk and get some space. In addition to making sure you get enough rest, get plenty of HEALTHY foods and fluids. These common-sense measures can go a long way toward preventing high cholesterol and blood pressure, weight gain, insomnia, headaches, acne, and even hair loss. The body will function fine until it is prevented from doing so: much of what ails us is simply because we poisoned or harmed ourselves.

QUIT CAFFEINE AND TOBACCO:

This may be easier said than done, but the health benefits if you can pull it off are tremendous. Trust me, I’ve been there! And if I can kick these clothes, my friend, you can!

AVOID DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

These are poisons. The pharmaceutical industry works hard to convince us to take drugs under any pretext, and the drugs promoted are very often catastrophic for health. In many cases, good nutrition is a better solution or, indeed, prevention, and as a technology, nutrition has left the pharmaceutical approach in the stone age.

However, pharmaceutical companies cannot make money by making us eat properly or take vitamins. In fact, they can’t make money off of our welfare.

GET PERIODIC CHECKS:

I recommend two things: a standard blood test by which you can check cholesterol levels, etc., and regular visits to a physiotherapist.

Kinesiology is a very advanced technology and, in the hands of an expert doctor, it is a wonderful and very precise diagnostic tool.

With it, one can establish if any organ is not working properly and not only establish the specific herbal/nutritional remedy that will solve the problem, but also the amounts of that remedy that one needs to take. My physical therapist has been able to detect and resolve problems early before they became life-threatening that conventional medicine would have never been able to detect.

Kinesiology has really impressed me and helped me a lot, and I highly recommend it.

SUPERFOOD

They call it a superfood and a “nutrient power house.” From my point of view, this natural and organic whole food deserves such praise. Nourishes at the deep cellular level. Since using it, I have enjoyed a remarkable revival of my vitality and general well-being. Throughout my body everything just started working properly. I have been so impressed with this fantastic product that I am about to publish a free book that will tell you all about it: what it is, what it does and why its results are so miraculous. I’m giving it away to anyone who wants a copy. Including YOU, dear reader.
