Copy Xbox 360 Game Discs: How I Produced Perfect Copies of Video Games

After recently purchasing an Xbox 360, I decided to find out if it was easy to copy Xbox 360 games. Damage to game discs is common. I needed to learn how to make exact copies of Xbox discs.

A little research online showed that there was indeed a solution available to help me back up Xbox 360 games. It worked for many other gaming platforms as well. Game companies use special protection systems that normal CD/DVD burning software cannot bypass. I’ve found a great software solution that makes copying Xbox 360 games a breeze by overriding disc protection measures. You can also copy PS3 games, PS2 games, and many other platforms including Wii and GameCube. This allows you to backup games for all your consoles.

The solution I found allows the disc to be read, making playing the disc a simple procedure. Even with good DVD burning software, these discs cannot be read.

This is the method to backup Xbox 360 games.

Follow the instructions on the screen after placing your disc in the DVD burner drive. The program produces an image file (ISO) of the game disc. When the image file is created, the original disk will be ejected and the program will ask you to insert a blank one. Ensuring that the correct type of blank disc is inserted is vital.

Once the image is copied to your blank drive, the procedure is complete and your Xbox 360 game has been copied. Copy your other games in the same way.

Copying Xbox 360 games was an easy task with this easy and inexpensive method. Backing up your game discs is a good plan. Make a backup right away and then keep the original safely. So you will always have a good copy if needed.
